The mark is public. The desk is open.

AskSIM listens to the stay — guest words and scores — and composes the true mark of service. Other rankings mix tens, fives, and averages; those are not the same number. The Guest Review publishes Stay Truth in full. Houses sign in to tend Guest Relations — where warmth and the stay itself part company, what was left unfixed, department remarks, and the plan to make it whole. Nothing here is for sale.
