“房間設施OK，位置OK，離奧特萊斯很近，房間很安靜。 缺點：房間沒人打掃，我嘗試去前台溝通拿新的毛巾，但是酒店前台告知沒有毛巾，也聯繫不上其他部門，所以我不得不用前一天的毛巾。 最重要的是，我在入住的時候報了我的萬豪賬號，前台表示可以幫我累計積分。但是離開酒店一週後，萬豪app沒有顯示積分和房晚。與酒店溝通後，酒店表示通過第三方網站訂的酒店無萬豪積分且衹能累積房晚，攜程與酒店溝通第二次後，酒店竟然表示無法累計房晚因為是通過第三方網站預訂的。 我真的不知道既然這樣，為什麼前台要熱情的找我要萬豪會員號並答應我可以累計積分和房晚，真的很糟糕的服務。”
