“Checked in on May 30, 2026, while checking in they swiped my visa card for $583 and told me upon check out I would be getting $300 back. I asked the front desk about this and they said it was a hold fee. I checked out on June 1, 2026, and was told the same thing. I have yet to receive my $300 back. I have called the hotel multiple times and have been told they are working on it. I have yet to receive my $300 back. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the way this situation has been handled.”
