“I booked this room last minute through TikTok. I was surprised by the great deal. The hotel was clean and nice as usual. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The Aria has a lot of restaurants, a beautiful spa, a mall connected to it so you don’t have to leave the property. The room was beautiful, clean, the air conditioning worked well. I enjoyed the convenience of the location and I liked playing with all of the amenities in the room. The room had a shower and tub (separate), I love this. Lots of storage place for your clothes and a very comfortable bed. I will stay here again in the future.”

“Horrible hotel with extremely poor service and unfair hidden charges! First off, I never take or ate anything from the minibar fridge in my room at all, but the hotel still illegally added minibar fees to my checkout bill. The lobby was packed with guests when I checked out, and I refused to waste hours waiting in line to dispute this false charge. I left my valid email for follow-up, yet the hotel has not fixed this unfair billing error. To make things worse, my room lost power for an entire full day. I reached out to the front desk many times to report the outage, but no staff helped resolve the power issue at all. No compensation, no temporary solutions, just total neglect. The whole stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I will never choose this hotel again and would strongly warn all travelers to avoid booking here.”

“We stayed at Aria for 5 nights. Location was great in the middle of the strip and there was the Aria tram to move around to /from Bellagio and Park MGM. However, upon check-in we found the curtain railing malfunctioning and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. The bath tub tab was leaking all the time. Other than these maintenance issues everything else was fine.”

“I stayed at Aria for 3nights and was disappointed with the housekeeping service and room cleanliness. On December 22nd, I requested basic amenities and had to call three times. It took nearly six hours for the items to be delivered. During these calls, the female staff member who answered the housekeeping line was very rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, there was a visible stain on the lampshade. I could not tell whether it was from food or something else, but it was clearly noticeable. I reported it, yet it was never cleaned or replaced throughout my entire stay. Seeing the same stain every day was unpleasant and negatively impacted my experience. Aria is known as a luxury hotel, but this stay did not reflect that standard. Slow service, lack of follow-up, and unprofessional phone manners from housekeeping were disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both cleanliness and staff training.”

We called to inquire if we could extend our stay or check out early, the lady who answered the phone said we sold out, and I asked if there is a rest area in the hotel “no sir” hung up. ““The mattress was too soft, we sank into it. We took a room with a view of the Strip but since the hotel is very far back, we couldn't see much. With the Booking reservation, $150 for food or drinks were included but at check-in they told us it was only $75 and nothing else could be done. The receptionist was very rude. Let's see if we can get a refund from Booking for the missing $75.””
