“Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr dunkel und abgewohnt. Die Bäder könnten auch mal renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, aber lecker. Sogar Mandelmilch war vorhanden! Dass der Pool/Hallenbad 24/7 geöffnet hatte war auch sehr praktisch. Da wir wegen Jetlag um 3 Uhr nachts leider schon wieder wach waren, konnten die Kinder die Zeit bis zum Frühstück mit Baden überbrücken!!!”

Mein Zimmer (120) roch leider unangenehm und das Badezimmer und die andere Einrichtung benötigt ein dringendes Makeover. Das Frühstück war für europäische Verhältnisse unterirdisch, für amerikanische Verhältnisse jedoch leicht unter dem Durchschnitt. Die Lage ist prinzipiell gut. Aber nur deswegen würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr wählen.”

“Worst hotel ever! The room stank so bad our clothes wreaked the next day. Bedding torn and carpets filthy. At 2 am someone tried to barge into our room finding out in the morning it was an actual staff member. Water was shut off in the am without warning. Called head office of BW this place needs to be shut down!”
“Filthy room. Staff was of little to no help. Room had a moldy stench, towel rack in the bathroom was completely broken off the counter and lying next to the sink. The bath tub stopper was removed from the bottom of the bathtub, hair and all, and set next to the hole. There was no linen for the pull out bed. No maintenance staff to take care of the nasty tub and broken towel rack. Nothing could be done about the smell. One good thing, linen was brought to the room. I don't recommend staying at this hotel. I'm not one to complain but for this price, it's ridiculous. I have pictures if best western would like to see; however, I see no sense in posting them as the tub is absolutely disgusting.”
“It was a nice stay. I thought the free breakfast was pretty good with quite a bit to choose from. The desk lady was very nice and helpful. Parking was convenient. Pretty close to Red Rock so I was able to go play there and then have somewhere to sleep for a reasonable price on a Friday night. They have a pool which is said to be 24 hours but we didn't use. The room was big enough with a desk and a fridge. We didn't do much there except sleep and eat breakfast but it was just what we needed. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in town over the weekend.”

“This was probably the nicest Best Western I have stayed at. It was quiet, clean, beds were nice, and in a very quiet but central location in town. Breakfast was good, all staff was friendly, and parking was plentiful and felt safe. Great choice to stay if you need to be in Las Vegas but don't want to be in a crowded, busy, or unsafe area. The left side of building is two story, right side is three story. Entering from left side made it easy to get up and down to third floor. Pet fee in April 2023 during my stay was $10 a night. Would absolutely stay here again! Only negatives I can think of: -the shower head didn't flow properly (but was manageable) and the Hot/Cold adjustment was messed up (but also manageable) -while the indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, the chemicals were definitely off balance so it could've been cleaner Positives definitely outweighed the negatives during my stay. Don't be afraid to book here.”

“Exceptionally friendly staff. We can't say enough about how friendly everyone was at this hotel from the front counter attendants, to the cleaning staff, to the woman operating the breakfast bar. Always friendly. Rooms were well maintained, clean and roomy- although a bit dated and not well lit. Shower had enough hot water but the shower head needed to be replaced as it had little pressure behind it and just dripped mostly. Breakfast bar was outstanding with lots of choices that were always replenished. Very quiet and well maintained. Lots of nearby places to eat with a grocery store within walking distance. Overall, my wife and I were pleased with the accommodations.”

“Seriously, the smell of the towels were wonderful. Fresh. The easy serve breakfast had the perfect variety for all diets. Their coffee was fresh, hot and delicious. It was not on the strip and the area was quiet. We had a great night sleep. Thank you.”
