We liked the slots of fun bar for the cheap hot dogs, popcorn and beer. Our bus stop to go south on the deuce bus was right outside the street although the walk from our West hotel room was a little on the long side. The bus going north however was a little walk away but still very convenient. Windows were dirty on the outside but understandable as it was winter. Still a good view of the sphere.”

I can't say if it was bedbugs or an allergy to the soap they used to wash the bed linens, but I do know that I didn't have it before, and when I woke up, I did.”

We had a mishap at check in because we booked through Expedia and forgot an ID, but the staff member helped us figure it out and was very helpful and patient. Unfortunately, there were many hidden fees when booking through Expedia, where they had charged us a booking fee, but at check-in the hotel charged us $200 per room for 2 nights and at check-out $50 per night per room for resort fee. I don’t understand why these fees were not disclosed or allowed us to pay up front, while booking the hotel :(”

“The room is quite spacious, but they don't provide bottled water. I stayed for 8 days and the room was only cleaned once. Its proximity to the exhibition center is its only advantage. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. Also, there's no front desk, only a self-check-in machine, so if you're not good with English, you might want to skip this one.”
