“I only stayed for one night. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. I was upgraded to a high floor where I could see the Bellagio fountain. The night view was unbeatable. There are several restaurants in the dining area on the second floor of the hotel. We went to eat eggslut for breakfast. We queued for about half an hour. It was really delicious.”

Charging five-star prices while delivering motel-level standards is simply unacceptable. “The Cosmopolitan has a prime Strip location, but unfortunately the service seriously let the stay down. I arrived around 1pm and understood my room may not be ready until the 3pm check-in time. I was told I’d receive an email when it was ready, but by almost 6pm I still hadn’t heard anything. This was my final night in Vegas, and the delay took a lot of time out of actually enjoying the hotel. The service became even more frustrating when I called about parking for a friend and was told it would be complimentary, only to be told something different at the front desk. I was then given a new set of keys for a completely different room, which was both disappointing and concerning. By that point I was extremely upset and asked to speak with a manager, but no manager came out to speak with me. I was offered a $75 resort credit, but it did little to make up for the experience. Beautiful property and great location, but the inconsistent information, delayed check-in, incorrect room keys and lack of management support made this a very disappointing stay.”

You had to pay extra for many things, even a kettle to make tea, which cost over $12. Because of this, I would say the hotel is more suitable for a short one-night stay. The check-in and check-out lines were also quite long, with a wait of about 10–20 minutes.”

“I have never given a negative review before, but I must say this this time: 1. I arrived at 8:30 pm and the room was not out yet. I deliberately booked a twin room with fountain view, but I was told that it only had a city view room. In the end, after coordination, we could only compromise on one large bed and one small bed, which was very uncomfortable. 2. Asked the waiter to deliver two quilts and made 5 phone calls. The last quilt I brought had no quilt shell, just a blanket. 3. The cleaning of the hotel is very poor to the naked eye. When I opened the cabinet, there was no clean nightgown, but there was a used nightgown that was clumped into a ball and thrown in the corner. 4. The facilities are very poor. The air conditioner is turned on the lowest setting and the wind speed is the highest. It is not cool at all. It is extremely hot under the quilt. The sound insulation is also not good, you can often hear the door opening and closing at night. The WiFi connection cannot be connected and there is only one signal in the room.”

“從來沒給過差評，這次必須要説一説： 1.晚上8:30到，房間還沒有出來。刻意訂的噴泉景觀雙床房，給我説衹有城市景觀房。最後協調下來，衹能妥協為一張大床加一張小床，住得很不舒服。 2.讓服務員送兩床被子，打了5道電話。最後拿來的被子還沒有被殼，衹有毛毯。 3.酒店清潔肉眼可見做得很差。拉開櫃子，沒有乾淨的睡袍，倒是有一個用過的睡袍被抓成一團扔在角落。 4.設施很差，空調開到最低，風速最大，也不涼，蓋着被子熱的要命。隔音也不好，晚上經常能聽到開關門聲音。WiFi連接不上，而且在房間裏信號衹有一格。”
