“Horrible experience,smell like smoke and very nosy, the service was bad especially when checking in at night.When we got to our room we saw a lot of cockroaches,the bed were ripped the sheets were dirty, nothing there was clean I had to sleep on the chair.”

“二重請求に遭いました。予約と同時に支払済み、バウチャプリント紙を見せて「支払い済みだよ」と主張したにも構わらず。 結論から言うとTrip.comにクレームかけたらTrip.comがフロントで私が支払った分を立替返金してくれました(該当決済クレカの日付付き決済記録一覧など必要) チェックイン時フロントの対応 ①身分証見せろ＞＞＞見せた ②予約はあるが、支払必要＞＞＞Trip.com予約時とは異なるクレカで決済 ③領収書を発行された 疑惑点が幾つか。 ①領収書の宛名が私とは異なる人物であった(Trip.comサポートセンターに領収書をアップした後、Trip.com担当者に指摘されて気付いた・クレカ決済金額、カード情報は私のモノだった) ②法律で宿泊者の身分証を確認せねばならないハズ＞＞＞何故フロントでのクレカ決済の宛名が他人なのか？ ③バウチャーを偽物と判断されたのか？ ④フロント担当にバウチャ見せて私が言う 「Trip.comが既に支払ったハズだ」＞＞＞『受け取っていない。Trip.comから返金を受けろ』 こういった経緯にてTrip.comカスタマーサポートの援助を受ける事になりました。 他のお客さんにも「refund」と言ってましたから、同じケース頻発してるのかも? 部屋に冷蔵庫無いのは地味痛い。セブンイレブンあるし隣が地元の巨大カジノなのでフードコート等も有るんですが 今まで利用したホテルの中で一番最悪でした”
“位置治安不是很好，住三晚，警車每天都出現在飯店內，有一天還看到棒球棍與扼殺出現。 房內衛生普普通通，不要抱有什麼期待，小費收走，但沒鋪床！ 總之，若只是隔日一早要去機場，免強可以待一晚，但要注意安全！”

“AVOID this place at all costs. What a $h it hole. I’ve stayed in a lot of crap motels in my life but this is the first time I’ve had the pleasure of paying $300 for the experience! I guess there’s a convention in town so they jacked the prices up. The room smells like an ashtray and that’s probably the nicest feature. There are some pens and a note scribbled on a piece of paper on the “vanity” I’m not quite sure if they cleaned the room or changed the linens between guests. Oh well. It’s only for one night. On the plus side, the AC unit is relatively quiet.”

“I was double-charged. Even though I'd already paid when I booked and presented the printed voucher, claiming I'd already paid, they didn't seem to care. Long story short, I complained to Trip.com, and they refunded my payment at the front desk (a dated transaction record for the relevant credit card would be required). Front desk response at check-in 1. Asked for ID >>> I did. 2. Reservation available, but payment required >>> Payment was made with a different credit card than the one used for the Trip.com reservation. 3. A receipt was issued. Several suspicious points: 1. The receipt was addressed to a different person than me (I realized this after uploading the receipt to the Trip.com support center, when a Trip.com representative pointed it out; the credit card payment amount and information were mine). 2. They're required by law to verify the guest's ID >>> Why was the credit card payment at the front desk addressed to someone else? 3. Did they determine the voucher was fake? ④ I showed the voucher to the front desk clerk and said: "Trip.com should have already paid." >>> "I didn't receive it. Get a refund from Trip.com." This is how I ended up getting help from Trip.com customer support. They also asked other customers for a refund, so maybe this is a common occurrence? The lack of a refrigerator in the room is a bit of a pain. There's a 7-Eleven and a food court next door to a huge local casino, but... This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.”
“The location isn't very safe. During my three nights there, police cars were at the hotel every day, and one day I even saw a baseball bat and a strangulation attempt. The room was just average clean; don't expect much. They took the tip, but didn't make the bed! In short, if you only need to go to the airport early the next morning, you can barely stay one night, but be careful!”

Besides the bad smell in the room from smoking by previous guests, even though I got a non-smoking room. Bad experience overall.”

“The rooms do not look anything like the photos. Our room looked like a typical motel 6 room (it was a motel 6 before it was a park inn). The sink had a really bad smell when being used (smelled like rotten eggs). We had booked a non-smoking room, however our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The bathtub had some weird yellow and black/grey stains. This place looks like it needs to be remodeled and deep cleaned. The staff were friendly. Location was not the best but it definitely felt pretty safe since a security guard was present at night.”
