“I would never, ever, ever recommend this motel. To make a long story short, the manager and owner(?) were both rude, defensive, and intimidating with us after a discrepancy between them and the third party site we booked through. Not to mention, terrible area and facilities. We must have booked quickly without reading any reviews because they are all negative! I don't even know how this place is open.”
“While the guy at the hotel was very friendly, the hotel itself was booked. He directed me to their other location (1/2 mile away) and it was a horrible crack house/hotel. Carpet was nasty. People were on the front steps hanging out at midnight. Room was disgusting. The carpet was gross, there weren't any toiletries though there wasn't even a shower curtain, so I guess maybe they were hoping you weren't going to shower? There was a "kitchen" if you could call it that, but the stove was old, possibly non-functional and the cabinets and drawers were either missing their fronts or were falling off. People argued, threw clothing into the hallway, etc. At the rate we paid, I'd pay just a few dollars more to be somewhere else but by the time we got there, it was too late. While the bed (with only one pillow, though there were 2 people) was comfortable - I didn't sleep in fear of someone coming in and killing us.”
“We booked a room in the Economy, and when we arrived were told that we had been transferred to a different motel 4 miles away (the Las Vegas Chalet Motel in North Vegas). We got there and noticed it was conveniently located right by the North Vegas police station, and the jail. We explained ourselves to the manager on duty, and he transferred us back downtown (which was GREAT!) to the "Alpine Motel", and gave us the rooms at the original rate which was awesome because the price had increased dramatically, it being memorial day weekend. The room we got at the alpine was covered in pubic hair, there were holes in the walls, cockroaches, the bathroom sink was falling off the wall, and the carpet smelled like the fetid reek of a thousand dead junkies. On the plus side, there was a working fridge to keep our beer cold, and it was right by the concert venue we were going to. All of the managers at each of the hotels were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, and very helpful. It was our mistake for booking rooms at a place that also rented by the week or month. These motels are NOT for the faint of heart, or keen of smell, but the room at the alpine, though nasty, was quiet, and nobody broke in and stole our stuff while we were gone. If you are booking at the Economy, I suggest that you contact the motel staff itself rather than the booking company (Agoda - located in a different country, with no idea what's going on) and confirm which location you will actually be staying at. Once again, the staff at all three of the motels were very very awesome, and very helpful, but for $35 bucks a night, you get what you pay for.”

Paid $60 so I assumed it wouldn't be too bad...I've stayed in run down motels before and I'm not really overly fussy as long as they are clean, the room here smelt like pigs had been living in it, I had to hold my nose until I got used to it! The area is so dodgy and we didn't really feel safe as the locks on the door didn't look overly secure spent the whole night worrying! Staff were friendly enough but I wouldn't recommend this place there is much cheaper in safer areas closer to the strip!”

The staff member who helped me was extremely kind and attentive, which made my stay even better. His great customer service really stood out.
