Prostitution. pimping..drugs and drugs users..people trying to do break ins..people homeless sleeping and wandering the property...not managed properly..keep getting locked out with the magnetic keys they have..and Health Department shut down the pool it was unsafe and people got sick!!! Homeless and drug addicts be sleep in gym..I can goooo on!!!! No respect at all ath this place!!!”

“The Emerald Suites on Las Vegas Blvd is a great place. The rooms were really clean and the staff was super friendly. I was disappointed that the rooms did not have wifi in them, but this was not a big deal as I just used my cable. Maintenance was very fast at handling the work order, and the property was very clean.”

“Rooms were underwhelming and not well kept. Front door was locked down because of the surrounding homelessness issues. Front desk staff was happy, cheerful and very helpful.”

The walls were dirty, you could see dirt streaks on them and it was all over the room. The microwave and TV were really old, early 90s/ 2000s. I will say the linens were washed and smelled clean.”

Only downside is they have one way in and thats in the main entrance, are room was towards the back where an emergency exit was located, would of been nice to enter and exit from that entry. They sent me to go look at one of the units and it was old, smelled horrible, and just filthy. The carpets was so disgusting I wouldn't dare be barefoot in one of their apartments. The property had garbage everywhere, they were broken windows, and dog poop everywhere and just by looking at the people that appear to live there, they look like they were high on drugs. I don't need to live on a property where there's drug addicts pimps and prostitutes.”
