“Had a great stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has a very upscale feel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the overall design of the property is impressive. I especially enjoyed how new and well-maintained everything feels. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel has plenty of restaurants and amenities to choose from. The room can see the Sphere it was spectacular. It’s a little farther from the main part of the Strip, but the hotel itself is so nice that it didn’t bother me. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again on my next Las Vegas trip!”

“入住當天給升級到了能看到sphere景的房間，前台辦理入住很快也很滿意。進房間後衞生不是很滿意，床頭便簽還有上個客人留下的筆跡，浴巾衹有一條，收費的mini bar也衹有一瓶水，通風管道也是打開了一半，感覺打掃的很敷衍。最離譜的是第二天中午，和先生在房間裏講話有點小打鬧，結果上來兩個保安很重的敲門，催促我們開門後把我和先生分開關門詢問是否有毆打或者打電話很大聲之類的問題，還要求查看護照id，對於我們告知未有打架也沒有任何抱歉之類的話語，最後核實是有人在走廊聽到我們説話大聲然後去前台投訴？？一來我們沒有特別大聲，二來沒有在休息時間打擾到別人。從未有過這樣被對待，感覺是被歧視故意投訴，很差的一次酒店體驗！！！另外在走廊上遇到的保潔也都是黑着臉經過……”
“首先很客觀地説，酒店漂亮，設施挺好的，水壓是充足的。但是沒想過網上説的所有的壞事都能遇上。首先是第一個房間進去地板全都是餅乾，桌面都是用過的印子，馬桶上沾着💩。代表房間並沒有收拾過，衹是幫你疊了被子。mini bar原來也是殘缺的（這是我們去到後面房間對比才發現。）所以別以為，你去了一個房間沒什麼問題就是乾淨，説不定衹是上一個客人乾淨，你用的床鋪衹是疊了一下而已。然後要求換房，前台讓我們在走道拖着行李等了20分鐘，也沒人幫忙，給了第二個房間不是看sphere的房間。但是我定的房間就是球景房，在前台加錢專門加了升級房型。又拒絕在走廊等了20分鐘。給了第三個房間以為沒有問題了，晚上洗澡看見那個毛巾，居然一塊塊黃色的！！！不知道是我倒黴，還是這真是多發性問題。投訴到攜程，攜程説他們還要我到前台，到了前台工作態度非常傲慢，那個女經理還讓我move line。酒店再新，服務和人員不行都沒用。最後一天沒起床，打掃人員敲了三次門，我還沒反應過來他就滴卡進來了。然後説我還在睡覺，就關上了”

But when I came back from the show, there was still garbage that had not been cleaned up, and I only took away one of the cans! It was the Independence Day of the United States, and someone was smoking it on the hotel floor. The smell was super strong! ! !”

“I was a longtime Wynn loyalist who has since moved to Fontainebleau but still really enjoy Wynn. Aft bar on the lake of Dreams is a nice place to grab a drink and catch the show at night. Sartianos and SW are my two favorite restaurants. Just walk around the property and explore, see what looks good to you, nothing will be bad. There might be a bit of sticker shock when looking at prices though. Ask for a renovated room at check-in, they are slowly releasing the new rooms. Hope you enjoy!”
“Not sure what people were talking about as far as nickel and diming, I don’t think they do it more than any other properties. I’m generally getting my rooms/food comped from gambling but if I had to spend my own money I’d be paying for Fontainebleau over Wynn/Encore as I feel it’s a better value. The Wynn rooms are the best on the strip but FB are close behind and equally as comfortable if not as luxurious as Wynn. I also prefer the food options at FB. Aside from Sartianos and SW at Wynn, there’s no Wynn restaurant I would choose over its FB counterpart. The only knock people have on FB, aside from location, is the lack of energy. I feel like this can be the case sometimes but I actually like it quieter and less smokey than a busier casino. They have definitely gotten busier on the weekends though and it feels more like the Vegas people are used to. If you like the massive crowds at Venetian you might be a little let down with the atmosphere in the FB casino. If you gamble, I’ve been very happy with the level of comps/service I get there. Free rooms are a given out with relatively little play from what I’ve seen.”
