“We have been to the hotel many times and feel very comfortable every time. The highlights: 1. The top floors at the Mandalay Bay offer a great overview, no matter which direction you look. We prefer the view of the pool area. 2. The pool at the FS is large and heated (important in the spring and fall) and is managed by a great team. Very comfortable lounge chairs, of course towel service, many sun umbrellas, and little treats that are served again and again. Access to the pool is also easy. Simply go down with the elevators, then through two doors, and you are already at the pool. 3. You can use the pool area of the Mandalay Bay without restriction; simply show your room key and you have access to the lazy river and the huge wave pool. 4. The entire staff is now consistently friendly and accommodating again, especially the valet and bell guys. That could be done much faster and friendlier. If breakfast had not been included, we would not have eaten it there. Weak. 3. Staff who apparently work in administration - recognizable by their suits and dresses - seem unable to greet guests. Eyes fixed straight ahead. But the ladies and gentlemen probably know that they work for a hotel and not for a government agency, right? Conclusion: we will be back and will gladly let ourselves be asked again afterwards if we are staying there for the first time😉. We have also used the Waldorf Astoria several times now. The FS, however, has more of a resort character and the option to use the pools at Mandalay is a compelling advantage for families with children.”

We have seriously never been treated so incredible - like we were rock stars - and it was pretty sweet! The weekend brunch costs $59 and was phenomenal. The food selection and taste/quality of the food was excellent. While the pool is small compared to other Vegas hotels, we really liked the chill atmosphere and the attendants were very nice/helpful around the pool. You can also enjoy the gigantic Mandalay Bay pools for free. We checked it out but it was kid-ville and not what we were looking for. If you have kids though, they'd love Mandalay Bay. I also bumped into Mel Robbins who was staying at the hotel which was cool.”
