“The hotel is on the Fremont street, an excellent location. My room has no view but very quiet. The TV is able to connect to YouTube for free. Dont park at the cross street parking. It belongs to another hotel and Fremont hotel wont validate it. The valet parking service is good but took me a while to figure out.”

Fremont was our choice because of the location, and it was the best decision we had made, it's in the middle of everything in downtown. We also found out that the hotel is under the same business of Sam's Town, which is our favorite hotel and casino. The room is nice and tidy, the space is right, not too big or too small. The restaurants within the hotel are good. The front desk staff are helpful. We will come again.”

“Very bad experience when I checked in at the hotel which made me pay a second time for my stay, even though the payment had been made online. The receptionist was not at all understanding and insisted that the payment had been rejected. With a lot of insistence I finally got the manager. The next day, it actually told me that the hotel had made an error with the payment. So the service sucks 👎. Positive point the proximity to Fremont street, but the room is not soundproofed.”
“The location was good. They didn’t tell me that they hold $100 when you book. But that was explained after the fact. The only con was the towel when I arrived had a hair on it. But the housekeeping provided clean towels promptly. The hotel doesnt provide microwaves and we had to go down 2 floors to get ice. There’s no ice machine on the 12th floor.”

“Très mauvaise expérience lors de mon enregistrement à l’hôtel qui m’a fait payer une 2ème fois mon séjour, alors que le paiement avait été réalisé en ligne. L’agent de l’accueil n’était pas du tout compréhensive et insisté sur le fait que le paiement avait été rejeté. Avec beaucoup d’insistance j’ai finalement eu la manager. Le lendemain, celle-ci m’indique effectivement que l’hôtel avait commis une erreur sur le paiement. Donc, le service est nul 👎. Point positive la proximité sur Fremont street, mais la chambre n’est pas insonorisée.”

“This hotel is amazing location in downtown. It is in the middle of downtown right on Fremont experience. The casino is not as busy as the other casinos. The games are updated. The food court is fabulous. The breakfast sandwich at 3rd st grill is a must. The rooms were average and clean but the bathroom small. Best bet to get a room at the back of hotel to avoid street noise because Fremont experience is loud. No pool but location makes up for that.”
“Dirty, rude front desk, and tried to double charge. The location is great and the price was okay. Otherwise very disappointing. Drove 10 hours and went to check in, I had already paid for the rooms and resort fee. They tried charging me double twice!!! I'm so grateful I had my own receipt pulled up to compare otherwise I would have been spending an extra $400 right now! And when I even brought it up nicely the man Craig who checked us in was so rude to us, giving us attitude when we caught on, even slamming our room keys on the counter, and saying our room number out loud! SO UNSAFE! I came out to celebrate my anniversary with my husband and it was off to a very rough start. Then we get to our room, and their were somebody else's hair all over some towels and in the bed! They told us they were fully booked. Glad be brought our own blankets to cover it and sleep on top of. Couldn't wait to get out of there honestly. I only give service one star because atleast the bell hop was really nice. I wish I rembered his name.”
