“My spouse and I recently stayed at The Grandview at Las Vegas for a couples' getaway and had an overall positive experience. Located next to South Point Hotel & Casino, this timeshare-style resort offers spacious accommodations, free parking, and multiple pool areas, making it a great value for travelers who don't need a luxury resort experience. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. As a timeshare property, we expected some pressure to attend a sales presentation, but the staff never pushed the issue, which was refreshing. Free parking was another major benefit, especially with so many Las Vegas resorts now charging daily parking fees. We booked a pool-view room expecting a view of the main pool, but with five separate pool areas throughout the property, our room in Building 8 overlooked the children's pool instead. This would be ideal for families, but as a couple, we found ourselves walking to another building whenever we wanted to use the main pool. If we return, we'll request a room closer to the primary pool complex. Our suite was clean and well maintained, though the decor and furnishings felt somewhat dated. The full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer are great features, particularly for extended stays. However, the kitchen supplies were limited, which could be frustrating for guests planning to cook regularly. We also encountered a few minor issues: the freezer ice maker wasn't working, the pull-out sofa was uncomfortable, and while the bathroom was very spacious, the small corner shower seemed underwhelming given the available space. The highlight of the room was easily the bed and pillows. Both were exceptionally comfortable and provided some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. After long days exploring Las Vegas, it was nice to return to such a comfortable setup. One downside was the noise. The walls seem fairly thin, and conversations and everyday sounds from neighboring units were easy to hear when nearby rooms were occupied. Thankfully, this”

“My family stayed at The Grandview at Las Vegas for the first time, and we booked through Trip.com. We had a great experience. It was an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend arriving early and, when you check in around 4:00 PM, asking for a room in one of the buildings near the swimming pool. You can enjoy a very nice view. We especially liked that the bathroom and toilet/shower area were separate. Having a full kitchen and living room was also very convenient and made our stay much more comfortable. The special deal we received through Trip.com was also a great value. The hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip, which was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place.”
“The Grandview is my primary getaway. This is a property for people who are familiar with Las Vegas, and prefer the condo experience over the crampy feel of the traditional Vegas hotel room. I’m someone who males most the food I eat, so the kitchen is essential to my Las Vegas stays. The views of this hotel are very underrated, and the size of the room is just what I need for week long adventures in and around greater Las Vegas. If I could make any recommendations to the hotel it would be to try and do a semi-annual dusting, vacuuming under the bed, in the corners of the rooms, behind objects, and in the vents, like bathroom vents and any other crevices. The rooms tend to be heavy with dust, but this is not irregular in Vegas or anywhere else. But the rooms could use at least an annual deep clean. On the surface, it’s fine the way it is. But when you’re in your room for over 5 days, you start to notice how many things are getting missed. I wouod encourage the property to take some deep cleaning and dusting procedures a little more seriously going forward as dust layers are starting to form from years of neglect. Overall, this is still a highly rated hotel imo. Free parking and the pool is top class imo. 8.5+”
“I have to be honest I am not thrilled with the new changes I was honest about the things I like and new policies are rubbing me the wrong way I will give it a chance but I will keep posting about my experience”
“It was wonderful staying here. I felt like royalty. Everything was given and accounted for. This is for anyone who truly wants to explore old Vegas. Try it. It does not disappoint.”
“The Jasmine Building #8 was great very clean had all I needed. Great location next door to Southpointe Casino. Away from all the madness but not to far away from the Strip. Smiths market down the street”
“After being given two different rooms because both were dirty, we left the hotel at 11 pm to look for somewhere else to stay, because we felt uneasy and disgusted about staying there. The worst experience I've ever had.”
“Hotel gave me the runaround about canceling my reservations. Kept my money without me staying there. The cleanliness of the hotel was terrible. Mold in corners and old food left in floor. I checked out early. Did not want to leave with any bugs or bites on me.”
“Everyone in their staff that I had a conversation with to any extent was super kind. No one said “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know.” Everyone was super knowledgeable. The suites are like little apartments. They have beautiful views and those beds are just what a truck driver like me has needed after the road has been so unkind. Laundry in the unit. And they have almost every dish you could need.”
“Always our go to hotel. Top choice because of the rooms. Always enjoying the 2 bedroom suite. Gorgeous spacious with a full kitchen. Washer and dryer makes it feel like a small apartment. Rooms are amazing with a huge jet tub.”
“The hotel is very clean, the people who works there are very friendly and nice. The decorations and the color palette of the hotel is beautiful. Very updated. It’s close to amenities. I love that they named the buildings by a flower which is cute. I stayed in the Irish building and I love it.”
“The 2 king 2 bedroom suite was very roomy for our family of 4. To our surprise it came with 2 kitchens one in each room. There were some mystery stains on our ceiling and bed headboard but the things we touched and used were all kept very clean. Pools were refreshing. Great family atmosphere around the resort. Parking was rough in the evenings and late at night. We had to park outside the gates in a 2nd not enclosed lot.”

“Our second time here and we loved it! We are locals but we wanted to have a little staycation and the Grandview staff is amazing! From the front desk to our drivers, to the cleaning ladies, they’re all wonderful. I don’t typically write reviews but they truly deserve it! Love the convenience of the casino next door and the front desk made sure to accommodate my family next to the kiddy pool. Thank you so much!”

“Had an awesome experience staying here. Location was great, the rooms were huge, with all of the amenities of being at home. Wish the arcade was open but it's under renovation. Other than that it was a 10/10 for me and my family. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next year.”
“Great property with great amenities the full kitchen and washer dryer combo was so convenient for our family trip. The pools were amazing and staff was very helpful. Really enjoyed the daily activities they had.”

“Stayed for 2 nights with family, our suite was clean and well kept for the most part, did notice trash had been swept into the corners and under fridge. Had a plumbing issue but that was resolved quickly they sent maintenance within 30 minutes, shower water pressure was low but not a big deal. The pull out sofa bed was fine and extra bedding provided for it. The property is large but check in was quick since we did pre-registration. Elevators worked well. We enjoyed the “quiet pool” since the other 2 were VERY busy. Pool towels provided in pool area. Would stay here again!”

“It took us three tries and two hours to finally get into a room. The room was good size and in good shape. The main issue was horrible communication in the check in process. The first room was occupied. The second room had not been clean yet. The third room had an AC issue when we first walked in. We received no real help for the hassle of checking in. The only helpful person was the head of security.”
