“Overall great experience. Arrived for check in and their computers were down (June 20, 2025 into June 21, 2025) so front office staff could not check us in. He kept trying to get the computers working but was not able to. We waited for over an hour to get checked and my wife was falling asleep on a chair because our flight arrived to Vegas at 11pm and we got to the hotel a little before midnight. Eventually the front office staff manually let us into our room at around 1:30AM and we were so tired (did not get to bed until after 2:00AM). He did his best to accommodate us but it was definitely an inconvenience. Location great!. Front desk worker Excellent! Breakfast good! Room was modern and very comfortable!”
