“I felt room was neglected. Rude front desk person. cockroaches and insects, attaching photos. Smell was so bad like pee and construction mix. Air conditioner was like generator.”
“The room we were put in, I don't think it had been cleaned in a very long time. The carpet was ripped up and soggy we had to wear our shoes the entire time. The shower was so gross I did not take a shower. I have photos. The ceiling was stained the walls were stained. It smelled terrible. We did get moved to another room but it had no heat and at times no Hot water. It was not the girls at the front desks fault. The hotel manager needs a course on hospitality and customer service. We came in from Alaska very disappointed. I stay at Holiday Inns all over the country this was the WORST place I've ever stayed in.”
