“A very bad stay! I checked in and extended my stay for one day, but there was no Chinese service during check-in. I applied, but no one took care of it, so I had to leave a tip (generally no tip is required at the hotel front desk). After finally settling in, I went out to play, but when I came back I couldn't open the door! I went to the front desk to communicate. Dozens of people were checking in. I walked for a long time in a temperature of over 40 degrees Celsius and just wanted to go back to my room to rest! Finally, someone asked me about the situation, but no one went up to see what was going on. After more than an hour, I found out that the door lock was broken! There was no apology and no solution to the problem after that! Also, I had an excursion in the morning and had to check out before five o'clock, but I couldn't find the front desk! I can only travel with my room card.”
“If you book a room with a view, you can see the Big Ball, and it's not far to go to the Big Ball to watch movies. The room is large, has a refrigerator, but no microwave. The location is convenient, opposite the Bellagio Hotel. The hotel is also a pick-up point for day tours. You can check in by yourself. When you typed out the bill, you found out that the final charge was higher than the total of the room rate shown online + taxes paid after arrival. I don't know if it is the practice of Las Vegas hotels to charge additional fees.”

“My experience with this hotel was generally positive. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and everything else was fine. However, there was one issue that I was not happy with. I specifically booked a Bellagio view room with two queen beds for four guests because I wanted to make sure everyone would have a proper bed to sleep in, even though it cost more. When I arrived, I was given a room with one king bed instead. The hotel provided an extra rollaway bed, which meant one person still had to sleep on the sofa. They told me that if I wanted to switch to the room type I originally booked, I would need to go down to the front desk the next day between noon and 4 PM to request a room change. I found this very inconvenient because I was on vacation and out enjoying my day. I did not want to interrupt my plans and rush back to the hotel just to change rooms. What I don’t understand is why I had to stay in a king room and then switch later when I had already booked and paid for a room with two queen beds for all four nights. If I selected and paid extra for that room type, it should have been reserved and available upon arrival. After the trip, I contacted Trip.com regarding this issue. I was very pleased that they handled the situation quickly and resolved it as soon as possible.”

“The Ferris wheel 🎡 view room booked requires a high floor, non-smoking, and it will have a sphere view. The hotel is located in the middle of the strip, with the Parisian on the left, the Wynn on the right, and the Bellagio and Caesars Hotel opposite. There are a lot of places to eat, and what about bicycles? ^_^ The room is big, clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the view is so beautiful. This is the most cost-effective hotel where you can see the Ferris wheel and the ball in the same frame. I will stay here again next time I come.”
“Amazing experience, very nice view from my room window ! I can see the Paris hotel Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio Hotel’s fountain show from my window! The room size is big and the sofa is comfortable. The hotel also has a passage connecting to the Paris hotel, so it will be very useful to walk inside without the heat and strong sun outside. There are bus stops close to the hotel , super convenient. Also the food court open till late night ! The window around the elevator has a good view of the Sphere and the Ferris wheel ! The cleanest is OK acceptable, there are some stain on the sofa, floor and curtain wasn’t that clean, but not bothering me. The shower is good. Heating up the temperature very fast. The only drawback is the heater make a loud sound sometime. If you go in summer, only use the AC cooling, not with the heat temperature will be less noisy. Overall, it’s a great experience. I will come back again !”

“An older casino hotel. The taxes and fees are quite expensive. Prices were inflated due to a music festival these past few days. The front desk arranged a room with a Sphere view for me. The room was pretty far in, so it was a long walk to the elevator. The pool area was nice, with music playing, and it's open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. The gym is also on the first floor, and there's a food court nearby with several stalls where you can grab a bite to eat.”
