“Due to the nature of Las Vegas, staying on the Strip may be more convenient for sightseeing, but the location of this hotel was not bad. Above all, the condition and satisfaction of the accommodation were quite good compared to the price. If you were asked to choose the best accommodation in this price range, I would recommend this place without hesitation. I was a little worried because there were rumors that there were ghosts, but when I actually stayed there, I didn't feel that way at all, so I think you can rest assured. Overall, it was a really good value accommodation.”

“Nice hotel which is a little dated but in an excellent position in the middle of fremont street. If you like poker Golden Nugget is just 100ft across from it. There are 3 stages along fremont with live bands and plenty of other things to see close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. I go at least twice a year and always use this hotel with no problems and main advantage is NO RESORT FEE on top of the very competitive room price.”

“This hotel does not have a resort fee. It is rare in the casino area to find such one. It is old but worth the price. One thing to take note is that the surrounding area has live extreme loud music almost 24hours. If you are a light sleeper avoid. Other than that I like it. There are no other places you can find providing a cheap stay for a solo traveller.”
“We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was well sized, clean and the wifi worked perfectly along with the A/C. The hotel is at a perfect location along the Freemont St. Experience. Our room was very quiet and we weren't bothered by any outside noise and partying. The staff was friendly and food was good. We would definitely return next time!”

“Booked via Booking.com - nowhere did it state that this was a haunted hotel... but that was not to deter us. Having finally managed to navigate to park the car, the hotel reception is slap bang in the middle of the ground floor casino. On check-in the room requires a $100 holding deposit. The room was small, dark and dingy with a door that connected to the next bedroom. My wife went to see if there was any alternative bedroom available; however, she was greeted by rude and obnoxious receptionist. The hotel is advertised with a roof-top pool... this is in the connecting sister hotel, located on floor 23 (accessed via going through the casino). This is only available from 9am-6pm; by the time we managed to navigate and locate where the pool was this was unfortunately closed. It is approximately 10-15 minute taxi ride to the Las Vegas Strip, however, there are buses located nearby. Our room was literally facing out onto Fremont Street... you might as well have been sleeping on the actual street itself - loud and noisy is an understatement. The music goes on into the early hours of the morning (approximately 2am), with most casinos open until 4am - 4:30am. No coffee machine is available in the room. Basic is an understatement.”

“I had an infuriating experience as a result of a trip to the Fort Apache/Tropicana drive-thru. The first issue occurred when I was handed a drink carrier with 3 large drinks. While holding the carrier, I reached into my wallet to hand my credit card to the cashier when I noticed that my hand was wet. I looked down and saw that the soda I was given was overflowing and started to leak through the top of the lid, down my hand and onto my center console. I was trying to hold the flimsy cardboard carrier with one hand while quickly fishing around the bag for napkins. Had to ask for extras to blot and wipe up the soda then I had to pull into a parking space to clean up the mess. The second issue happened when I came home and reached for the bag of food. I picked it up and the bag ripped completely open! Both of the large fries spilled out all over my passenger seat and floor mat, leaving very large and noticeable grease stains. The employee who packaged my order had stuffed a French Dip sandwich, cup of au jus, Wagyu burger and two large orders of fries all in the same bag! My entire order! Seriously Arby's...seriously?! This is why the bag ripped apart, it's absolutely ridiculous that my order was not packaged appropriately for its size and now my seat is ruined. I have reached out twice and received no response. Clearly, Arby's doesn't care about their customers and can't be bothered. Is it a company-wide practice to ignore all of your customers or only the ones with claims of damages?”
