“Great customer service!!!”
“Stayed one night. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. The property overall exceeded our expectations. Convenient location to the strip and ice cold A/C! The rooms and amenities are basic and dated but clean and everything worked. Would stay there again.”
“Staff was amazing and accommodating but the rooms were definitely on the gross side and the rooms are very well noise protected.”
“Thank you guys for good service as always. I do appreciate all people who work at Galaxy hotel.”
“Hotel needs an update. Pretty ghetto. Service though was on point. Staff was super friendly”
“My Favorite economy spot. My stay here is ALWAYS a good experience. I love the staff. They know my face when I walk in the door. They have great customer service and maintain a smile every time I visit. Even the owner greets all with a big smile. I love this place 🏆”
“They hooked me up. No problems checking in at all. Staff was nice”
“I really wanted to be blown away by the food here but it was just ok to me. First I'll start with the ambience, the space is big with plenty of seating and two bars. We waited upstairs at the second bar and it gave speakeasy vibes. I loved the space, I loved that once you entered the space you no longer heard the chatter from the restaurant downstairs and it felt like you were in a completely different space. The drinks were decent and I guess priced moderate for Vegas *$16 for my drink Now the food: -Crab pasta-3/5, the noodles were fresh and made in house which is always a plus but the sauce was way too sweet for me and it lacked in flavor. The positive though is there is a decent amount of crab to pasta ratio -Sourdough bread-3/5, bread is bread so that's all I can say. It at least came out warm. This place is known for their spreads but the one I ordered was ok, nothing really exciting about it or memorable. I will say the house made butter is great! They should just serve that. -fried cauliflower 4/5, honestly this was the best thing we ordered. I wish I ordered one of their pizzas. But overall I would recommend checking this place out when visiting downtown Vegas!!”
