From the moment we entered the room, the room smelled like sewerage. Even if the water pressure is low when taking a shower, the point is that there is no hot water! ! ! There was no hot water at night in the desert in November, and there was no hand-held shower. The cool "warm water" poured over my head really woke me up from the cold. Then I washed my hair and prepared to blow my hair. The hair dryer was still stained with a lot of hair from previous guests... “先説好的：陽台外風景很好。工作人員態度很好。 接下來全是壞的。我真的從來沒見過硬件如此糟糕的五星酒店。從剛進入房間開始，房間就瀰漫著一股下水道的味道。洗澡的時候水壓小就算了，重點是沒熱水啊！！！11月份的沙漠的晚上沒熱水，又沒手持的花灑，這涼涼的“温水”從頭上澆下來，真的把我給凍清醒了。然後洗完準備吹頭，吹風機上還沾着一大坨之前住客留下的頭髮... 晚上這陽台的風吧 還漏進來～再加上洗澡的冷水～吃西北風大概就是這感受吧～ 總之這酒店除了清凈、離redrock近、工作人員熱情好客以外都很像夢迴初中軍訓的感覺...。”
