“This property gets a 5/5 the room was clean the staff was on-site 24/7 cleaning. Bed could use some updating but overall perfect for the price. The only downside is yes its Las Vegas and alot of homeless around the property they dont mess with guest alot of police presence in the area.”

“My weekend stay was suitable. I booked this hotel because it is the former Extended Stay hotel that has a kitchen (with microwave & full refrigerator) which is a plus. Additionally, it is away from the busy Las Vegas Strip (15 minute away) but it is walking distance to nearby restaurants, grocery store (Smith's), a hospital nearby (Starbucks inside) & the airport is 15 minutes away.”
“Place is an absolute dump. The room was filthy, not at all what the pictures looked like. Stank really bad. I was in the room for 5 minutes, went down to the front desk, demanded a refund. They refused. I am out over $500 and am suing them in small claims court. If you look on their website you will see many, many, horrible reviews.”
“So, for $400 for five days in vegas. Hotel was ok for me. Was pleased that it was actually quiet at night. Had free coffee in mornings. So, room was good for low price standards. Everything dated, which i didn't mind. Bed was lumpy and hurt my back, but ok. I saved money by staying here. Carpet was old, but it worked. Location good, dollar general and Dennys close by to walk too. Room refrigerator and mic worked. Cook top sucked and didn't work.”

Popcorn ceilings, a few bugs, sticky furniture. People up at all times making noise. Helicopters constantly flying over. Streets torn up under construction. I recommend do whatever you do, stay away from this dump.”

The walls were dirty, you could see dirt streaks on them and it was all over the room. The microwave and TV were really old, early 90s/ 2000s. I will say the linens were washed and smelled clean.”

“A fantastic travel experience! It was my child's first time traveling independently. Because the previous hotel refused to let us check in, we had to switch to this hotel at the last minute. The staff at the front desk were very caring towards my child and gave him the most comfort. Thank you!”

“I liked staying at this smaller property. It was easier to come and go with my kids as opposed to a big hotel on the strip. Just wish our room was cleaner, the floor was really dirty and turned our feet black, yuck.”

“Everything is very outdated, carpet seemed very dirty, walls were unappealing, no good lighting - had to use all lamps to try and get better lighting, tub unappealing, no blow dryer in room Rooms were very spacious, kitchenette is a nice plus, bathroom had the basics, shampoo, soap, plenty of towels”
“Quiet area Stated they had pans to cook. Had to go down the street to buy some. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. Found food in the refrigerator left behind by someone else. States it has a pool but didn't state it was another hotel with the same name”
“A continental breakfast would have been great. The girls at the desk were so kind. The kitchen area was great. A coffee pot and coffee/ tea would have been great. Across the street from the hospital was why I was there.”
