“I recently flew into Vegas for a day to see a concert. I did not need to be on the strip and was looking for an affordable place that was easy to get to from the airport. I had read the reviews of this hotel and was a little nervous before arriving. This all changed after my first interaction with the kind lady at the front desk. My plane landed at 9 am, and check-in was not until 3. I called the front desk and asked if I could check in early. The front desk did some checking and told me that I could come to the hotel and check in. I am sure this is not always available, but it was an amazing first impression. My check-in process was fast, the staff was extremely warm, and the room was fine. I have stayed at many places on the strip with worse rooms, and the addition of a kitchen and living room would have been really nice if I were staying longer. The pool looked awesome ( I did not have enough time to enjoy it), and the property was clean and secure. If you are looking for a high-roller Vegas experience, this is not your place, but if you are in need of a good night's rest outside of the main strip, this place is great. I also walked across the street to the outlet mall and had a great afternoon shopping. This property does have some longer-term tenants, but many of them look to be in town for work. I think the management of this property does a really good job of keeping up the standards of this property while offering an affordable option to a wide range of people.”

“If you want a “true” Las Vegas experience, go here. They discriminate against people with disabilities, charge and refuse to give you back your deposit that should not have been charged in the first place. They are extremely rude and it’s very dirty. Pay a little bit more and go elsewhere. They take out the carpet and furniture and move it around to different rooms.”
“My family and I needed a room for the night and we around two pm on Thursday march 13 2005 and was quoted a price of 123 for a nightly rate.. we did a few errands and at 648pm we called again and the lady that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful.. she said that the price quoted to us is only manager approved but she said she is the only one on shift and she isn’t doing that .. so basically what she is saying is that it can be done but her rude ass doesn’t and wont do it .. so unprofessional.. and very lazy .. I would think that being that it is making money that she would want the business and it’s also cold out here but besides the point the people at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional and needs better training”

“Really awful customer service. Planned on long stay, but was told to leave. Reason: I complained. I'm not kidding, the bed in my room was sagging and I complained. They flipped the mattress, but that didn't work so I asked again and was told to leave at the end of the week. It's all right on the receipt”
