“朝早9am到酒店，checkin lobby有啲kiosk for check in and check out, 因為我要combine booking, 所以位staff叫我scan個qr code喺app就搞到。喺app到搵到哂2個booking, 但check in 唔到，我就去排front desk (佢開頭直接叫我用app我以為只有self check in，應該一開始就排住隊試，但佢present到條隊唔係fro check in)，排隊嘅時候位staff經過，我再問佢，佢話叫我去front desk先combine到.. 排咗大約15分鐘。 front desk位staff都helpful嘅，但見到佢喺我clarify 收費嘅時候反咗眼 lol （我只係問咗一句，因為佢resort fee同deposit一筆過收，然後deposit係逐晚計) 留咗個US no. 話房ready SMS我，就可以self print key card. 但6pm返到酒店都未收到，問咗staff, 話可以去排in house guest條隊，就唔需要排好長嘅check in隊。住嘅係studio tower, 係相對離lobby遠啲，但可以接受。前一晚住咗OYO, 比較之下呢度感覺良好太多，trendy，乾淨企理。不過房都係無拖鞋，咁啱今次無帶(平時總有一對spare喺gip)，call housekeeping 有得拎。房係無complimentary嘅樽裝水，或者我搵唔到。”

“Disappointing experience, definitely not a 4-star hotel! The check-in experience was honestly insane. It took us about one hour just to wait in line to check in. We arrived around 1:30 PM, which was earlier than the official check-in time, so we completely understood that our room might not be ready. The lady at reception at 2:30 told us we would receive a notification once the room was available. However, we never received anything. We eventually had to stand in another line at the guest services desk, which was a little shorter, just to ask about our room again. The room itself was very average. There were basically no amenities. The blanket looked old and dusty, and it wasn't properly inside the duvet cover, it was just placed on top of the sheet. The windows were dirty, and the complimentary water was an extremely tiny bottle that they handed out at reception. The AC was also very loud and dusty. The location is another issue. The hotel is at the beginning of the Strip and quite far from the center. When it's around 45°C outside, walking even 20 minutes is simply not realistic.Thankfully, there is a monorail station inside the hotel, which was definitely a benefit. The pool area, including the lazy river, was actually fun and one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience could be much better. People were constantly stopping and standing in the lazy river, forcing everyone else to bump into them, while the lifeguards didn't seem to do much about it. There are also no free umbrellas, you have to pay extra for them. We completely understand that Las Vegas is a place where everything comes with an extra cost, and that's part of the experience and even part of its charm. But then don't position yourself as even a 4-star hotel if the overall experience doesn't match that standard. We love Vegas, but our experience at MGM felt like the hotel was focused on collecting money at every possible opportunity. Everything felt very commercial and conveyor-be”
