“Truly welcoming stay!! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere at this hotel was warm, welcoming, and inviting. The property is beautifully maintained, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. You can truly feel the attention to detail throughout the entire hotel — it made my stay peaceful and relaxing. What really made this experience stand out, though, was the outstanding customer service. Julio, the General Manager, sets the tone for excellence. He is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about guests having a positive experience. His leadership clearly reflects in the overall environment of the hotel. Alicia at the front desk was always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She consistently assisted me with a smile and made me feel valued every time I interacted with her. Her welcoming attitude made such a difference during my stay. Because of the atmosphere, cleanliness, and the exceptional service from Julio and Alicia, I never felt the need to look for another place to stay. They truly made me want to continue reserving my days here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Las Vegas. You won’t be disappointed!”
