“The pool was AMAZING! However, our first room had a problem in the bathroom, and with the TV. The shower door would not stay closed, so when you were showering water was pouring out of the shower. Said water runs to the back corner behind the toilet and has caused mold all back there. And the TV would not connect to the cable. After a few visits from the maintenance team they were finally able to get it fixed. They ultimately changed our room due to the shower issue. Not only did we have to switch rooms due to the shower, but our room was downgraded in the change. We were willing to look past the down grade considering we had a working shower. Well the next morning, our toilet got clogged with the first flush of urine!. We called down to the lobby and asked for a plunger and were told “there is no plunger here”, and “if you have to go to the restroom, you have to walk across the property to the restroom by the pool”.. I did not pay that kind of money to have to “walk across the property to use the restroom by the pool”. Ultimately after HOURS of waiting for someone to bring a plunger to our room, we went down stairs and asked for a full refund. The boy (for a lack of better words) at the counter was absolutely ZERO help, and if they continue to employee the type of employees they do, this hotel with an AMAZING pool will not last too long. Side note: according to the management team, the owners are planning on pouring millions into this property. How about they start with simple things, like making sure your showers are fit to be used, and stocking EVERY ROOM with a plunger, and even a phone to contact the front desk. If you want to contact the front desk for ANYTHING, you must use your own phone. Those two STARTERS there alone will help this hotel out. We wanted to enjoy this property SOOOO BADLY, but unfortunately it was not a great experience WHAT SO EVER. Also, out original room we booked was a “poolside room” and let me start by saying “poolside” was definitely”

“We stayed on a Friday night before transiting to LA early Saturday morning. Our Uber driver dropped us at front of a casino where a security guard to check in at the front desk which was at a different building across a car park. It was not easy to find. There was behind metal gate and we needed to ring a bell for the front desk to open the gate for us to enter. We then crossed the car park and went back to the casino to get to our room. The room on the 5th floor was surprisingly quiet even though the ground floor was a casino. Saw the security guards were really serious screening people coming into the casino, making us nervous about the safety exploring in the downtown area at night. So we just stayed in the room through the night! There was no water/coffee or safe in the room.”

“My stay at the hotel was great. It was just a short walk to Fremont Street and catching the deuce bus a street away. Friendly staff and it has nice club on the first level of the hotel if you want to have fun and games inside and outside . You can't hear the noise from the club in the rooms which was nice. The hotel is in a safe area and close to everything downtown and affordable.”

“The location of this hotel downtown was awesome, close to everything. Room was spacious and clean. Booked a poolside room, took 30 sec to get to my room from reception area, very convenient. Staff always greeted me and asked if I needed anything. They do room cleaning starting on the 3rd day but let you know you can have your room cleaned anytime by contacting front desk before 12 noon. Pool area was nice, pool was refreshing, other people have complained about the night club noise but I didn’t hear any of that, but they do include 2 sets of ear plugs in the room. Great staff, great stay.”

“The entrance and exit of the hotel is a casino or entertainment venue. The elements inside are very chaotic, and you have to go through security check to check out the hotel. I personally feel that it is unsafe and inconvenient. The only praise is that it is very close to the old city and convenient, and the bathroom space is uncomfortable.”

“Love this hotel. It's been a very pleasant stay right from the start. Parking was convenient right at the entrance to reception. Then meeting Miss Daisy our front desk clerk, she greeted us very friendly and welcoming. Upon checking into our room we decided we wanted to be by the pool and she was happy to assist and accommodate us. We greatly appreciate her going above and beyond to see if there was any vacant rooms available. The hotel itself is a cute artsy restored hotel and the lounge bar area with all the indoor games has a wonderful retro feel to it. Love that you don't have to leave the building to find activities to keep you occupied. So cool that they have all the oversized adult games indoor and outdoor. And the pool is so refreshing and relaxing, has the perk of light music outside with it to enhance the experience. Great drink specials, especially during happy hour at their bar. Definitely will be returning for my future stays. Love how close it is walking distance to Fremont experience and all the food places, also has a 24hr Walgreens right down the street.
