“I am extremely disappointed with my stay here. A few days before arriving, I called to check on the pool. I was told the on-site pool was unavailable but that we could use a "sister pool" just 5 minutes away. Based on this, I tried to modify my reservation to shorten my stay, but Trip waited until my cancellation window had passed to deny the request, effectively forcing us to keep the original booking. To make matters worse, upon arrival, we were told the sister pool wasn’t even an option. The reality of this "hotel" is unacceptable: • The Environment: We are currently staying in a literal construction zone. There is plastic covering the walls and carpets, and we were woken up by the sound of drilling some mornings. • There is a persistent sewage smell lingering just outside the building. • The beds are hard and uncomfortable. We paid a resort fee for a hotel with no amenities, zero transparency from staff, and a room that is far below standard. Do not let them trap you like they did us.”

“Booked through Trip.com. Was horrible on resort side. They put us in a OLD WORN room with no hot water. Front desk (three separate attendants) told me to leave the water running for 30 minutes. Heard a plumber swinging on a pipe the entire time we were in the room on a Sunday morning(on a phone that had massive dirt stains and near the couch that had an unknown pair of shoes and pants beneath it). Water never gets hot. Call front desk and they say they will send attendant out. Never received attendant. Had to call again to get switched. Get switched. Room is 100x better and is on same floor with same features as double queen which we had. Hot water, new faucet, better shower, new dresser, new chair and chair styles, etc. The reason I bring this up is because booking through an external booking agent lands you in crapper rooms. I’m convinced. Fair warning. Oh and the Orleans hotel is nasty.”

If you are not going to have half of the amenities you are charging a resort fee for then decrease your resort fees during the off-season. We were here for 3 days and not once had our room cleaned. I wish I could say that this was a one-off but it's been this way the last 3 years we've been required to stay here for cheer and I think at this point I'd rather stay on the strip and commute in and deal with the traffic and stay here.”

“I would have never thought to stay here because normally it's the strip for me but this was a quick last minute weekend trip and hotel prices were very highly inflated due to the BTS concert I'm sure. I was surprised that I actually liked how calm this area is. The hotel gave me the same Vegas casino vibe. It's sizable and easy to get to the rooms. The elevators were close to the lobby, casino and restaurants. I only tried the Chinese restaurant and although it took forever, the food did not disappoint! One of the best dumpling soup I've had! I also loved how affordable a glass of wine was. When something cost less than what you are used to, it leaves an impression. I saw that the normal room rate is under $100 so I wasn't sure what to expect. The room was very dark but it didn't feel dingy or dirty. It didn't have any lingering smoke smell. The room was quite comfortable. It's not a room I would hang out all day but the bed was fine and the climate was very comfortable. No air blowing on you and virtually no a/c noise. No constant adjusting the thermostat. The view was nothing to rave about and there was no balcony but for the price, I would definitely stay here again!”
