“Its close to strip, like a 5 min walk, without the cost. I have stayed here a LOT, at least a month a year. I always go to 19th floor with strip view. Unfortunately there is a baseball stadium going up so the incredible view won't be there much longer. Grab the view while you can. You gwt what you pay for but if your on a budget, its bloody awesome”
“Bus stop is close to the hotel. Monorail is not too far either. HOWEVER, if you plan to walk from strip to the hotel everyday then be mindful there’re lots of construction along the way that makes crossing the road extremely complicated. The room hygiene is questionable. When I took my fist bath, there’re hairs on the shampoo before I use it. Pool is closed during my three days trip.”
“you get what you pay for or even….., the place needs total and complete renovation. it’s at the strip… so some expectations are truly lacking. not sure i will stay there again but would recommend for those looking to save money while at the strip if you are not easily irritated. Staffs were pretty cool and respectful. overall rating from 1-10, I will give it a solid 5. But again, people have different taste so you can go check it out yourself.”

“I had an awful stay at this OYO Hotel in Las Vegas. The rooms were filthy: unmade and dirty beds, stains on the carpet, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I checked in. Any time I asked for assistance, they acted like I was bothering them. The worst part was the manager at check out when they refused to provide me with an invoice and checked me out when I had to leave for the airport at 3am. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was dismissive and argumentative, showing no interest in solving the issues. It’s shocking how little they care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and stay literally anywhere else. This place is a total disappointment and not worth a single dollar.”
“We visited there on March 7-10, 2026. We came earlier around 11 am, and the check-in time supposed to be 3 pm and we ask the lady if we could check in early but they told us that they don’t have available room for us and they have to charge us $45.00 early check in fee . So we left and we came back past 5pm , but they still charged us with the Amount of $45.00 even we check in 5 pm . We don’t have control to our credit card because it was a pre authorized card . Now. I have to call my bank to dispute this transaction . They don’t even change our towel there we have to request first to the customer service. No clean up during our stay .”

“First off the shower wasn’t working properly n tub was filling up with water while showering…then there’s no microwave to warm your food up n no fridge to keep your food in…then Hooters was never opened as it states as part of you itinerary…one elevator working…workers lied about holding our baggage because of late flight so we checked out n spent more money at Motel 6 just to be able to rest n not tug our luggage around all day…pool wasn’t open n it was 82 degrees everyday…asked for new towels from housekeeping at 3pm one day had to call back next day because they never came….i will never stay here ever again no a bad location from strip but their service is terrible and they lie about everything u ask them it’s always the new system to why they can’t do this or that…maybe they shud shut down”

Cheap and clean hotel rooms next to the MGM and the monorail transporting you anywhere on the strip. cheap liquor options on and off property nearby. clean and nice staff. smaller property easier to walk. OLD VEGAS STILL LIVES ON HERE. you will have a good time”
