“The hotel is spacious, and full of character. The rooms are also very large, making it an excellent choice. One of the biggest advantages is that you can walk directly from the hotel to Sphere through the indoor walkway（bridge） in the evening. Since Las Vegas gets extremely hot, being able to avoid the outdoor heat is a huge plus. Charging an electric vehicle in the P1 parking garage is very convenient. Other than the hotel restaurants, which weren’t really to my taste, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Overall, it’s a very thoughtfully designed and guest-friendly hotel.”

“The parking fee was deducted repeatedly, and the hotel actually charged it again. I recently stayed at The Palazzo at the Venetian and encountered a very unpleasant thing after checking out. I paid the parking fee with cash at the exit machine before leaving the venue - as everyone knows, the gate in the parking lot can only be lifted after paying a fee. My car left the venue smoothly, which is enough to prove that I paid the fee at that time. But after I checked my credit card statement after returning home, I found that the hotel had deducted an additional US$20. After contacting the hotel, they claimed it was a parking fee - meaning I was charged twice for the same parking fee. I have on hand: a screenshot of the cash payment for parking fees on the machine, a handwritten note explaining the fees and deposit by the front desk staff, and the bank’s debit record. The evidence is clear, but now I still have to spend time and energy complaining to customer service about this repeated charge. $20 is not much, but the problem lies in attitude and principles. As a five-star resort hotel, it should have a standardized charging system and respect guests, instead of repeatedly deducting money and asking guests to spend time correcting their mistakes. I hope the hotel management can pay attention to this issue and improve internal processes. But at least for now, I recommend that you check your credit card statement carefully after checking out and keep all proof of payment - because it turns out that even if you pay cash at the machine, you may not be able to avoid being charged again.”

The only thing holding it back from being absolute perfection is the lack of basic amenities you'd expect at this price point. “We were assigned room 919 on floor 31. Our room number was 31919 as a result. The room was a 2-queen luxury room. I am very picky about my room and do a thorough inspection before the family is allowed to unpack and call it our room. I check everything, and all my family kept hearing from me was, “Nice! Very, very, nice,” or “Excellent.” I check the drawers, picture frame tops, behind cabinets, all around the beds, couch cushions, under desks, chairs, and tables…… everything,”
