“I paid extra to buy a high-rise room, but there was still a connecting door in the room that led to the next room. It seemed to be facing the bed next door. I could hear the snoring, talking, and coughing next door clearly. I fell asleep at around 1 a.m. and woke up at 4 a.m. I was still woken up by the snoring of my breathing, which caused me not much sleep all night. In order to drive safely, I had to cancel Peggy's Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend attractions, as well as the tickets, and I lost more than 2,700 yuan. After communication with Ctrip, the hotel agreed to refund the fee of US$56, but I haven't received it yet. I'll see how I can refund it in the future. The hotel's service attitude is very good and it is sincere in resolving complaints. So far, Ctrip has not given me a reply on how to deal with my loss. I am waiting for Ctrip's reply. Hope to give me a satisfactory result as soon as possible! Along the way, I encountered two hotels with a connecting door in the middle. It was really uncomfortable. Which makes it a lot easier as Vegas strips doesn't have too much grass area. They charged us an extra $100 per day per dog. Which I think is a reasonable price.”

“We were in refurbished rooms - you could tell, took a long while for hot water in the shower. Paid for a strip view- it was okay. For the price it would have been better to stay elsewhere. The room was clean, no fridge. Staff was somewhat helpful. They charge their guests for parking. Could have been a more convenient way to set that up, having to deal with 2 keys (room key & parking key) was a bit too much.”
