“Welcome to Planet Hollywood Las Vegas, where the main attraction seems to be discovering how much inconvenience can be packed into one hotel stay. First, prepare for a serious hike from the car park. You will wander through shops, casinos and crowds with your luggage, and if you are lucky, eventually find the hotel lobby. The rooms are worn and average clean at best. Bring your nasal spray and cough syrup. Everything is impressively overpriced. A medium Starbucks coffee was $13. It is around $9 at the airport, the Venetian and other prime locations, and around $7 outside the Strip. And it comes burnt. Do NOT use the ATMs. The fee was $11.50 to withdraw $20. Yes, $11.50 to access your own $20. Use a bank ATM outside. Then there are the elevators. Bring snack and something to read during peak hours. You are lucky to get into one within 30 minutes. With luggage, allow an hour. Bring your own shampoo and body wash too. The room dispensers were empty. A nice touch for a supposedly five star hotel. Finally, if you are planning to sleep, bring earplugs and your own pillow. Road noise continues through the night, the beds are nothing special, and the pillows are so tiny they look designed for infants. So pack walking shoes, snacks, shampoo, body wash, earplugs, your own pillow, nasal spray and cough syrup just to stay in the hotel. Finally comes the car park exit. You've paid 25$ for parking, but parking gate doesn't open and helpline asks you to go back to hotel lobby, bring your returned hotel key back on to exit. Or save yourself the luggage space and book another hotel.”

The carpets don't look like they are ever cleaned/vacuumed either in the common areas of the hotel (elevator areas or even the casino itself) nor MORE IMPORTANTLY the rooms. Our shower had hair on the walls, heavy dust along the baseboards. The lines for everything are extremely long all the time (check in and restaurants). The saving grace for the check in/out process was that there is a kiosk where you can diy. The location is fantastic, but in comparison if you can get a room at the Belagio/Cosmo/Paris/Ceasars, which are all neighboring hotels, for a comparable price PH would definitely not be a first choice.”
