However, today I followed the hotel waiter's instructions and drove to the parking lot gate at around 10 a.m., swiped the hotel key card to open the parking lot railing, and then put the key card into the wooden box as instructed. I ended my day's stay, but now I have received a message from the hotel asking me to go to the front desk to change the parking space. I am confused. I am currently looking for Ctrip to coordinate this issue.”
