“It was only for one night with no parking and a mandatory valet fee, so it was not the best. It is a bit old-fashioned but still okay. There was no breakfast, though it would be nice to have a small one or at least coffee. In the end, it was fine for one night, but we later found better options.”

“Hotel antiguo aunque con buenas instalaciones, situación inmejorable en Strip, en una semana solo limpiaron la habitación una vez y porque lo pedimos, un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería de dar lugar a esa falta de servicios.”
“This hotel was affordable and clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.”

“I enjoyed this place because they don’t mind if I bought my bicycle inside. With it, due to the location, I was able to see large parts of Vegas that most people don’t get to go. You can walk to the Bellagio (where the action is) no problem and also south to MGM, across to ARIA, or planet Hollywood. Balcony was super clean with a view facing northward. No smoking allowed - good thing I would never smoke. Everything else was super clean and the clientele was behaved. There was a pesky charge at the end of the stay with no description on the line item, and it was some kind of valet charge. It took 20 minutes to get refunded so book the uber ahead a little incase you have such a charge. Also the concierge is trying to sell timeshares.”
“Beautiful stay. I love that it’s not a casino hotel and it doesn’t smell bad when we walk in. Spacious room. We were upgraded to a wonderful view of the LV strip. Beds were comfortable. Pool was alright. Murky pool water with visible floating sunscreen grease. The pool lounge was nice though. Valet parking for $25 unlimited in & out privilege. Which is amazing compared to other hotels parking fee. We heard the noise outside, but didn’t mind, we’re deep sleepers. Not on strip but easy walk, like 2 minutes. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was there were no mirrors other than in the bathroom mirror. I would’ve loved a full body mirror. Like, hello, we want to see how good we look before we head out. I’m sure this will be requested. Overall, good stay and will stay here again and will recommend to family and friends that don’t really care for casinos.”
“The room is clean. You can adjust the temperature of the room yourself. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was excellent. Equipped with refrigerator and microwave. I used the sofa bed, but it wasn't very comfortable.”

“The check-in process was very slow; it took us 30 minutes to get to our room. They had divided a large room into two, so a lot of noise was coming from the room next door. Our bed was made on top of a sofa. There was a constant noise from the plumbing and the AC throughout the night. Also, there was a very bad smell in the room. I definitely do not recommend it.”

“We were able to leave our bags securely because we arrived early after an all night flight. Check in was smooth and efficient. After several hours we came back to hotel to get access to our room. Again no problem. Room was clean, shower was good and basic kitchen facilities. Location was excellent a few steps from the centre of the strip. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Thank you”
“The staff were very friendly and nice I got an free upgrade at high floor and strip view . when I told the staff that I came for my birthday week . Love the mini kitchen area with all the plates cups and utensils . The gym was fabulous you can do a full body workout with all the equipments this is the reason why I booked this hotel . Mini kitchen , full gym and location . I would definitely stay again .”
trip_com · 5.5 · fell short · front desk, housekeeping
“Our stay was very basic, especially considering the hefty resort fee for minimal amenities. We repeatedly requested housekeeping more than 24 hours in advance, both in person and by phone, yet the front desk claimed no request was made on three separate occasions. When housekeeping finally did arrive, they failed to refill shower products, requiring us to call multiple times and wait over an hour for body wash. Additionally, the bathtub had several cracks.”

“Me and my family loved the experience staying in this hotel, Service was really good. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We loved that our room was clean and had everything we needed. You just gotta have a kitchen when you stay with your family. Make breakfast, text the valet, and get my car right away headed to the Grand Canyon. It's very close to the 215 and the strip. The view was amazing on the 18 floor of the strip. The only downside is that the kids' water playground was closed. Price location clean and family friendly definitely will stay here again.”
“The Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas is within walking distance to many popular attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.”
“I found the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas to be a bit overpriced compared to other hotels in the area, but the location justifies the cost.”
“The room was clean and tidy. I could adjust the room temperature myself, which was a plus. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent.”
