Although the Park MGM building is a bit old, the Nomad room is still pretty good, and the soundproofing is pretty good. The casino downstairs is also very clean, and the self-park is $20 a night and the location is also convenient.”

“Warning! Warning! Warning! My luggage was lost after I stored it at the hotel; they said they gave it to another guest. There was no apology or compensation whatsoever. Ctrip's refusal to remove this hotel from their listings is extremely unethical. Furthermore, the room was extremely dirty; the previous guest's hair, some kind of lint, was left in the sink and wasn't flushed away. The soundproofing was terrible; they started banging on the floor at 7:30 AM. The building is clearly very old and doesn't meet the advertised standards of a hotel that's less than 10 years old. Warning!”
“I went there mid-week. It's on the top floor of MGM Park, on the 4th floor. The front desk is on the innermost floor. You can ask the staff. The whole building is non-smoking, which is good. It's close to New York New York and MGM Grand. I went to Panda Express across the street for breakfast. In short, if you go there mid-week, the price is not much more expensive than other five-star hotels, it is worth recommending.”

“We were assigned to a joining room. No one informed us during our check-in. Although the manager was nice and explained to us, we still felt upset. No hangers, no bathrobe and no closet in the room. Shower, shampoo etc are small bottles. I believe all are done in a shower. Overall, the staff service is nice.”
