“Eine Woche zuvor ,hatten wir ein schönes Zimmer .Diesmal war leider der Aufzug in der Nähe des Zimmer und wir konnten ihn Nachts sogar im Zimmer ständig rauf und runterfahren hören. Sehr nervig, besonders am Wochenende!!! Dazu kam noch eine Veranstaltung am Nachmittag. Der Bass war nicht gerade leise, trotz der 61. Etage. Die Klimaanlage kühlte leider auch nur bis 23 Grad herunter. Bei einer Außentemperatur von 44 Grad sollte dies eigentlich kein Problem sein. Das Wetter kennt man dort ja…. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption verstanden unsere Probleme und haben es einfach weg gelächelt. Das nenne ich mal professionell. Ein Zimmerwechsel war auch um 18 Uhr noch nicht möglich? Bis dahin sollten doch langsam Zimmer gereinigt bzw. verfügbar sein. Als Pluspunkt war der 200 Dollar Getränkegutschein. Der aber auf 3 Bars beschränkt war. In der Lobby des Crockfords ließ sich leider in der Bar kein Platz finden. Also sind wir zur Conrad Lobby Bar gegangen. Dort fand man dann einen Platz. Wir werden dort natürlich nicht mehr einchecken. Diesmal war der Aufenthalt leider negativ. Sehr schade! Der Aufzug war der Haupt Übeltäter!”
