“The hotel itself is nice, but the management is very poor. Initially, they cancelled our prepaid booking made through Trip.com. Fortunately, Trip.com provided excellent support, compensated us, and helped us secure a better room at the same hotel. A big thank you to Trip.com for their outstanding assistance! Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Check-in took around one hour. Later, at midnight, our room key card stopped working, and we had to wait in a queue at reception for another 30 minutes to get it fixed. Finally, even checking out took approximately another 30 minutes. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but its management and operational efficiency are far below expectations. The staff and management do not seem capable of handling a hotel of this size efficiently. Better management and a more organized check-in, guest service, and checkout process are urgently needed.”

“Вышло недопонимание с парковкой, на сайте было написано что оплачивается отдельно, когда запарковались отсканировали qr код , прошли регистрацию и оплатили 21$, на ресепшене нам выдали комплиментарный код на парковку , но его нужно было ввести до того как оплатили , позвонили в службу паркинга и нам сказали, что не вернут деньги уже. На заселение долго надо стоять в очереди . Номер чистый, кровати удобные . Депозит с карты сняли и до сих пор не вернули и плюс там какая то странная и не ровная сумма”

“Last time staying here. Hotel is clearly showing its wear, but more than anything it was quality of service related to the free hotel parking offered as part of Trip.com package. First failure was ehn I checked in, and they said I didn't qualify for free parking. Even though it was clearly part of pacakge. Second failure was being given a code that was expired Third was being told I should resolve with their third party directly (even though it was their responsibility) Fourth was being told (after I asked Trip to support) by Hilton staff "They would take care of it" and ensure I wasn't charged. Fifth fail point was being charged TWICE, and then being told I should contact the vendor myself to resolve. They offered no compensation, or apologies, and can only imagine how frequent this must happen with other "offers" that are included. IF there was one bright spot, it was Trip as they tried to resolve, and compensated me in Trip Points, when it was clear Hilton would not take responsibility for their failures. Thanks Trip. Goodbye Hilton Vegas... there are much better options for the same price point... and a LOT less hassle.”
