My room reeked of marijuana smoke, which is prohibited in guest rooms per the hotel's own policy. When I raised it at the VIP desk, Christopher told me the hotel was sold out and that rooms are only changed for "maintenance issues". He offered to send someone to spray the room instead. Nobody ever came. Instead it felt like he was calling a bluff, betting we'd just accept the room and not do anything about it. Ridiculous that it came to that. Stay away.”

Hope you don’t want any towels as those take hours to be delivered as they don’t service the rooms for guests. Don’t bother talking to the front desk as they have one person helping a long line. Worst of all, they use a chatbot that doesn’t record your requests. You have to wait 20 minutes for a cranky call center person to rudely take your request. Never again.”
