“If I could genuinely give it no stars, I would. I had booked directly with Choice Hotels using my points to reserve a room for me and my friend. Hoping that our long stay would be covered, we are suddenly charged for the stay on my friend’s credit card. It’s been over 6 months with multiple communication with the Rodeway Inn in Las Vegas and Choice Hotels to get this resolved and neither party is willing to actually do anything about it.”
“The cleanliness here was quite good in my opinion. The towels, bathroom, and bedsheets were all clean and smelled fresh, although there were some signs of age and wear. The location is a little farther from the busy area, but there are buses nearby and the surroundings are quieter and more peaceful. The service was absolutely excellent. We happened to meet the same front desk lady during both check-in and check-out, and she was incredibly friendly the entire time — from helpi”
