Coffeemaker did not have proper supplies to use in the morning and nightstand lamp was broken. Only two pillows but bed was very comfortable and linens were nice quality as well. No Resort Fee! Will stay again.”

“It was a last minute booking and They couldn’t find the reservation for about 30 minutes. The room was large, the bed was “old” , the coffee pot couldn’t be plugged in because the outlet was so badly worn that the plug just fell out. No glasses, cups, Or ice bucket, etc. for water or ice. No cream, sugar etc. for the coffee in case you’d want to hold the plug in. Location is fantastic but the hotel itself looks like a “Pimp house”.”

“I finally fell asleep at 2:30 AM due to jet lag. At 5 AM, I woke up to a large bed bug crawling on me. When I called to request to speak with the hotel manager, the front desk surprisingly said they would call security if I insisted on seeing the manager. After several phone calls, the hotel agreed to change my room but refused to refund the room fee for that night. I emailed the hotel's senior management, and about 1-2 days later, they replied stating that no insects were found in the hotel. Pictures attached!”
“A week prior, we had a lovely room. Unfortunately, this time our room was near the elevator, and we could constantly hear it going up and down, even at night. Very annoying, especially on the weekend!!! On top of that, there was an event in the afternoon. The bass was quite loud, despite being on the 61st floor. The air conditioning also only cooled down to 23 degrees Celsius (73.4 F). With an outside temperature of 44 degrees Celsius (111.2 F), this really shouldn't be an issue. They should be well aware of the weather there.... The front desk staff understood our problems and simply smiled them away. I call that professional. A room change wasn't even possible by 6 PM? By then, rooms should surely be cleaned and available. On the plus side, we received a $200 drink voucher. However, it was limited to only 3 bars. We couldn't find a spot at the bar in the Crockfords lobby, so we went to the Conrad Lobby Bar, where we eventually found seats. Naturally, we won't be checking in there again. This stay was unfortunately a negative experience. What a shame! The elevator was the main culprit!”
