“I never stayed at the Sahara before. It was a great choice. It was close to the event center that I needed to be to on Saturday night. The staff the cleanliness the ram everything was excellent and great. I even got an extended checkout time at no extra cost I’m extremely pleased with the service and with the hotel will book again.”

I paid the same price as before, yet the room I received was vastly inferior to the ones I had stayed in previously. The booking information stated that the room size was approximately 30 square meters, but in reality it felt closer to just over 10 square meters. The room was so cramped that it could barely accommodate two beds. The sink was also surprisingly small and poorly designed. After staying in many hotels over the years, this is honestly one of the most basic and impractical sinks I have ever encountered, making daily use quite inconvenient. What was even more frustrating was that I had booked this room well in advance. However, on the day of check-in, I noticed that the hotel was still offering larger and significantly better rooms for the exact same date and price. This creates the impression that rooms sold at the same rate can vary dramatically in quality and size, which feels misleading and unfair to guests who book early. I hope the hotel will provide more accurate room descriptions and ensure greater consistency in room quality and size among rooms sold at the same price point.”

“Stayed at the Mara Tower and the room was decent as it had been newly renovated. However, there were several lapses during our stay. As shown in the photos, the fire sprinkler was heavily rusty, which was quite concerning. We also found a random dusty jewellery box in the room. We left a note on the second day asking housekeeping to clean it, but it was ignored. Only after leaving another note on the third day was it finally cleaned. On the positive side, parking was free. Overall, don’t expect too much. There’s definitely better stay in Vegas.”
