“This trip was a last minute overnight adventure and we were ecstatic to find rooms here. We never have been to this side of Vegas and wanted a place with a low key, down tempo feel without losing the soul of Vegas. And this place hit the mark right on the dot. Loved the food options, the ambience and friendliness of the staff and the one stop shop of having everything all under one place. The Mystic Falls Laser Light Show was a great way to end the evening even if it was from the comfort of our room. Definitely adding this place to future Vegas visits, a newfound favorite.”
“When we first got there, there was like 10 security guards escorting an angry man out the casino. We got to out room and it was nice and clean. They don’t have shuttles that go to the strip anymore so we had to uber. We ordered food when we got back around 1AM from Roberto’s the restaurant downstairs and the man working that night appeared upset that we were there ordering so late and he made the food with absolutely no flavor and it didn’t settle well. Gave us both tummy aches. We liked the stay but probably wouldn’t come back.”
“Overall, Sam’s Club was not as bad as it seems. It’s more like for older people. I just wanna relax kinda gives you Stateline vibes. They do have amazing bowling alley a cool water show movie theater. Their food selection could be a little bit better if you’re just looking for a relax no Vegas vibe this is place. You are however about 20 to 25 minutes away from the strip. I think the only downfall is the restaurant STVG they were rude unprofessional right when you walked in and was speaking with the manager she just brushed off how rude her hostess was no customer service whatsoever. There is 10 of us first time. Told my nephew no they couldn’t reserve them. I walk in lady behind the counter. Rude said no manager did here and a 25 minutes 25 minutes turned into an hour and 20 minutes but even at that point we still weren’t however groups of five and six or seven were being seated Hailey wouldn’t recommend that place however if you’re looking for a good steak, great customer service there is another steakhouse called. The angry butcher. House was amazing manager was professional suite staff was great clean overall I would choose that place again and again before I would go back to the other it was affordable overall Sam’s”
“This was our first time staying at Sam’s, we went with 10 other families for a baseball tournament. The hotel was awesome and had lots of fun things for the kids to do like bowling and the arcade. There were also plenty of dining options for food that worked for all of the kids. We loved STG bar and grill the food an service was great. Only negative remarks are the small pool and there was hair on our bathroom floor. Other than that the room itself was nice and felt updated.”

“I have been to Sam's Town a few times and it is always very good except the cleaning in the rooms could have been better this time on entering the room both table lamps were full of dust and even when they cleaned the room again they were still the same, the bathroom looked clean but if you touched around the bath it was all scum left after someone had taken a bath, we were there 6 nights and the bed was not changed once”
“I had a very disappointing experience at Sam’s Town in Las Vegas. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff did not seem interested in helping or addressing my concerns. I expected much better service from a hotel in Las Vegas. The way my situation was handled was frustrating and left me feeling completely ignored and unappreciated as a guest. When you spend your money on a hotel, you expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend staying here based on the service I received. Management really needs to pay more attention to how guests are treated and improve the overall customer service.”

“The check-in and out process was a disaster. I used Trip.com and paid for everything up front on the app except for the resort fees and taxes. The app said I needed to pay $101 at check-in and a $100 refundable deposit. When I was checking in, they told me they saw my deposit through Trip.com but that is was only $180 credited towards the room and I needed to pay $503 more. Desk manager was not a kind person, and literally did not care what documentation I had. The room was clean, casino was fabulous and a ton of fun, but check-in was awful and I have no idea how check-out went because we had to leave early and I have received no communication from them. No receipt. I tried to call 3 times and the desk phone just rings.”
