These ladies have the best interest of every customer at heart. I’ve stayed at so many places and never been treated like a valued customer to the degree that this place has. “Rude and no excuses for the closed pool, the only reason I booked here before the return flight. We booked through booking.com for just one day near the airport. We chose this facility because it has a pool. We arrive at the facility and during check-in, we ask how to get to the pool and are informed that the pool is closed. At that point, I asked for a refund of the paid amount since we did not accept the fact that the pool was not available. The response was, "You must cancel 48 hours in advance." I told them that the problem was theirs for not having the pool available on those days, and in the end, they accepted the free refund. In the meantime, not once did they apologize for the inconvenience they caused us.”

“My room is spacious! It combines living room and kitchen into a huge room. It is clean and super comfortable. Be aware that the front desk close at 7 p.m. We arrived at 21:30, and waited for 50 minutes for the security person to check us in. He is kind and efficient. I will stay here again if ever I will go to Las Vegas.”

“I was very disappointed with my recent stay. Shortly after checking in, I found a cockroach in the bedroom, and later another one appeared in the bathroom. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the stay. I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response did not feel adequate considering the seriousness of the situation. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet that expec”
“Great price for everything if you stay for 1 night there’s no deposit so it’s just a flat rate which is cool. There were lots of extra towels and hygiene products in the room already and it had kitchenware to cook with. There were cockroaches in my room but I told the front desk upon check out and they refunded me without me asking for it so that was super cool and unexpected.”
