My partner and I got to the hotel at 3:00 pm expecting to check in with ease and were met with the longest wait time of our lives (approximately 50 minutes) to get our room. It felt like an airport TSA along with the lack of ambience. When we finally got to the front of the line the single concierge told us our room wasn’t ready. He suggested that we could opt for a smoking room instead or a two bed non smok”
