“The room smelled awful and was far from clean. They posted a notice on the door about charges for damaged items, but the mattress cover was already damaged by cigarette burns. I had no clue about the state of this room, and they didn’t even ask if I was a smoker before placing me in a smoking room. If you’re looking for a terrible experience, this is the place to go.”

“A horrible experience. I was delayed due to a medical emergency and called them to let them know I would be arriving a day later. They said that their policy is to cancel the entire stay for a no show. I offered to pay for the first night if I could keep it for the remaining days. They refused. When I asked to speak with a manager, she refused. I called the company that booked the reservation and they got the same response. After I had booked another hotel, they called back and said that they would accept my original offer. Too late. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.”
“I don't know when the other people stayed there and I have not stayed there but this is now a Jewish run place where you can have regular keys, not electronic ones, to open the door for Sabbath observing Jews and they sell kosher food in the hotel store so I have to assume that the place is now better than what the other people found. Again I am trying to be very honest and say I have not stayed there, just updating information so other people could check it out and make their own judgment.”
