“I spent two hours to check in on 29 July 2026. Self checkin didn’t work. There were more than 100 guests in the line waiting to check in at the reception but there were only two counters available. Other staff just stood behind the reception and were indifferent to help. The lady at self checkin station just asked guests to check in by themselves and didn’t offer any assistance when guests could not get through the machines. After spending 1.5 hours in the line and self checkin station, I was very lucky to meet the only staff who was willing to help guests at Treasure Island. Thanks Rachel for your assistance in checking me in.”
“I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our stay at Treasure Island was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was check-in. After driving around 7 hours to Las Vegas with my son, we then had to stand in a queue for over 2 hours just to get our room. There were huge queues, only a couple of staff checking guests in, while other staff appeared not to be helping. The self-check-in machines were also not working properly, making the situation even worse. When we finally got to our room, the problems continued. The bedside lamp wouldn’t switch off, meaning my son couldn’t get to sleep until maintenance eventually came. The fridge wasn’t cooling, there was no body wash in the bathroom, and nobody explained where or when breakfast was served despite it being included with our booking. Communication throughout our stay was poor. Emails went unanswered, and although staff apologised and blamed a new system, that didn’t make up for the amount of time and frustration it caused. It felt like a large part of our Las Vegas trip was spent dealing with hotel issues instead of enjoying our holiday. The hotel itself is in a convenient location on the Strip, and once checked in the room was acceptable, but the customer service and overall experience fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this size. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.”

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, making it incredibly convenient to walk to nearby attractions, shopping malls, and other major resorts. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a great view of the city. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep after a long day of exploring. As for the facilities, the pool area was fantastic and very relaxing, and the casino inside had a great atmosphere with plenty of gaming options. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. Overall, Treasure Island offers excellent value for money compared to other hotels on the Strip. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Las Vegas, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!”

“Stayed here for a business trip. The location is excellent， walking distance to Wynn, with a 24hour CSV supermarket and two Starbucks downstairs. The room looked clean but is actually very outdated. The ventilation system seemed dirty, my mild cold got worse after staying here. Also, the ice machine near my door broke during my last two days, causing a severe leak. The hotel used a very noisy blower to dry it, which stirred up a lot of dust outside my room and further irritated my respiratory tract. On the plus side, front desk service was excellent, and early check-in is available for an extra $30 USD. However, the free breakfast was very disappointing as you can see from my picture. I'd highly recommend booking a package without breakfast and just eating at Starbucks downstairs.”
“It is right beside the main road and off the free way. Walkable to nearby hotels but the security can be improved. Although there are two security guys standing in front of the elevator room, anyone can literally impersonate a hotel guest and take the elevator to room floors. There is no key card sensoring system in the elevator, which made me feel uneasy since Las Vegas isn’t famous for safety nor security. Hotel lobby and casino level was full of second-hand smoke. However the room rate is very affordable and the room is clean. I chose this hotel because it was about 20 minutes walk to Caesar’s Palace for the buffet”
