My only complaint was that they kept a family member tied up for 3 hours regarding a member upgrade. This took away from our time together.”
“Great stay with my husband and two nephews for spring break with a visit from a few Las Vegas family members. Check-in was prompt. Mr. Chuba at check-in was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. One negative: When we arrived to our room the carpet was wet from what they said "carpet cleaning" but smelled fresh. I requested to move to a better room with a bigger ensuite/bathroom/balcony because we had the tiniest shower in the ensuite but no compensation was made for assigning us to a suite with the wet carpet in he bedroom and in the living room. I was offered the same type of suite down the hallway but for the same room after we were completely unpacked, no thanks. Therefore, we had to wear our shoes due to wet carpet for three days. Other than the assigned room, the resort was great with lots of activities such as the game room, basketball, craft activities, mini golf, four swimming pools with one a very very slow lazy river. The cabanas were free/first come first serve. Room: Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing meals/fully stocked. The grounds were well maintained and everyone (staff) were super nice and friendly. Overall, the four of us had a wonderful time at the WorldMark Las Vegas Blvd. I would recommend this resort as truly a great resort.”

The unit had a murphy bed in the living room, a dining area, living area and a full kitchen! Also had a washer and dryer in the unit (unexpected, but we were grateful for!). Bedroom and bathroom were of a decent size, perfect for 2. The resort itself is well laid out, with 3 pool areas, one being a lazy river. We mostly used what I would call the 'adult' area - heated pool and a jacuzzi! We would like to commend and give a big shout out to HAZEL PASCUAL - BEST OF THE STAFF HERE! She made us feel very welcome at the pools and offered her services and WorldMark staff's availability always. Great customer service!”
