“The layout and design of the property was very nice. Pretty landscape and nice design. The pools and lazy river were great! I appreciated the little store where you could get tea and coffee lattes. My only complaint was that they kept a family member tied up for 3 hours regarding a member upgrade. This took away from our time together.”

Mr. Chuba at check-in was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. One negative: When we arrived to our room the carpet was wet from what they said "carpet cleaning" but smelled fresh. I requested to move to a better room with a bigger ensuite/bathroom/balcony because we had the tiniest shower in the ensuite but no compensation was made for ”
