They originally set us up in a room that was further away from the pool than I desired and when they sent a text telling me to reply back with any requests I requested a change and they changed it within 10 minutes. Great service loved the staff everyone was friendly and it was perfect for our four kids”

“The facilities are satisfying for the price. It's great for families with no ***. The washer and dryer are perfect for those returning from an RV trip. However, the check-out time is too early. The location isn't good; it's too far to walk to the Strip, and the shuttle is inconvenient. Don't expect much from housekeeping.”
“If you like being constantly badgered into buying a timeshare, than this hotel is for you! The room, pool, amenities, etc were all great. Just be prepared to be constantly called and pressured into buying a time share. I had to rip the phone cord out of the wall. I've never experienced anything like that. I'm shocked it's even legal.”
