However, the beverages were charged to my room even though I had not consumed them. At check-out, the reception staff informed me that the refrigerator was not intended for personal use. Nevertheless, they were very cooperative and understanding, and the charges were removed from my final bill. I would like to thank the reception team for their professionalism, cooperation, and understanding.”

However, after completing the check-out process, there were no instructions on where to leave the room key card. I tried to hand it to the front desk staff, but they refused to take it. Since I was in a rush to leave, I ended up leaving the card on the front desk counter (Room E5248). Second, I accidentally left my chili powder at the restaurant (The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas) around noon on September 4th. When I went back to retrieve it today upon checkout, the restaurant host escorted me to the staff area, but the staff member there simply told me to make a phone call to inquire about it. Excuse me, but my English is not good—how was I supposed to call and inquire on my own? Even after charging me a $15 tip, the service was still this poor. We had initially booked the two queens at Wynn but got upgraded to Two queens at Encore tower suites on floor 50. The rooms are extremely clean, the service is amazing with great attention to detail. The booking doesn’t have breakfast but 50 USD of credit everyday upto 300 usd in total is good for breakfast at many of the places available. Casa Playa and Terrance pointe cafe are great for breakfast. The views from the room and service were perfect. This is the best hotel stay I’ve ever had”

Sartianos and SW are my two favorite restaurants. Just walk around the property and explore, see what looks good to you, nothing will be bad. There might be a bit of sticker shock when looking at prices though. Ask for a renovated room at check-in, they are slowly releasing the new rooms. Hope you enjoy!”
