Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for paid memberships.
1. Membership Plans
Paid Builder memberships, when offered, are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe unless stated otherwise on the Pricing page.
2. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Update billing details in your account portal.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the period ends unless we terminate for violation of Terms.
4. Refunds
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, contact admin@asksim.ai within fourteen (14) days.
We may offer discretionary credits for extended outages caused solely by AskSIM infrastructure.
5. API & Usage Costs
Your membership may not include third-party AI API costs charged directly by external model providers you connect with your own keys. Local development tooling is a separate expense.
6. Taxes
Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for applicable sales/VAT taxes.
