AskSIM Sports Oracle, Daily Slate, SIM Feed, season simulations, odds boards, and related sports features (collectively, "Sports SIM") are provided solely for entertainment, education, and personal interest.
Sports SIM outputs are algorithmic simulations and narrative analysis. They are not predictions of actual game outcomes, betting recommendations, or guarantees of any result.
2. Not Betting or Financial Advice
AskSIM does not offer sports wagering, gambling services, or financial products. Nothing on the platform constitutes betting advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to place wagers.
You are solely responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports betting, gambling, and data use. AskSIM makes no representation that Sports SIM is lawful for your intended use.

5. Membership & Access
Sports SIM access may vary by membership tier assigned by AskSIM administrators. Tier features may change as the product evolves.
Invite-only accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing.
6. Agreement
By accepting a membership invite, creating an account, or using Sports SIM, you agree to this agreement together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, AI disclaimers, and all other policies in the current legal bundle.
If you do not agree, do not accept the invite or use Sports SIM features.
