Parental Guidance

Loved Scents LLC operates AskSim. Sim is designed for all ages with a family-friendly, Scripture-first default. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian to approve the account before full access (Ask Sim, campus study, upgrades, and token purchases).

1. Parent / guardian role

• Review and approve under-18 accounts via the approval link or Parent page.
• Supervise use of the Service and any payment method used to buy tokens.
• Lead family Bible study — Sim helps; parents remain the authority at home.
• Contact us if you need to revoke access or raise a safety concern.

2. What Sim is (and is not)

Sim is the Scripture Insight Mentor: Bible study help, teaching and prayer with humility, campus learning, and optional voice/avatar features. Sim is not God, not a replacement for parents, pastors, the local church, teachers, licensed therapists, doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors.

3. Safety design

• Safety rules aim to refuse harmful, sexual, or illegal assistance.
• Parents should still monitor devices and conversations appropriate to the child’s age.
• Report concerns to admin@asksim.ai.

4. Tokens and spending

Token purchases are prepaid credits. All sales are final as described in our Sales & Chargeback Policy. Parents should control payment credentials and set expectations about spending.

5. Approval process

When a minor signs up, they provide a parent/guardian email and receive an approval link. Until approved, key features remain locked. Approved accounts remain subject to these rules and our Terms.
